Professor Position in Business Systems Management

Located in Quebec, Canada, Université Laval invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in Management Information Systems. As a prestigious institution, we offer a unique opportunity to join a select group of business schools with AACSB and EQUIS accreditations.
The Management Information Systems department at Université Laval seeks a qualified candidate with a Ph.D. in administration or an equivalent field, specializing in information systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching MIS courses, conducting research, supervising graduate and doctoral students, and participating in continuing education activities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong research publication record, a demonstrated ability to secure research funding, and the capacity to teach in the areas put forward by the department. Fluency in French is required, although candidates who do not currently speak French will be given 2-3 years to learn the language.
Selection will be based on the candidate's research interests, teaching experience, and ability to contribute to the life of the department and the university. The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
