Role Overview

The Guest Services Supervisor will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of guest service at Eldorado Resort. Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager, this position is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the front desk and ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience.

About You
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Guest Services Agent or similar role with Opera PMS experience being an asset
  • High School graduation required; First Aid certification an asset
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and complete multiple projects in a timely manner
  • Capacity to develop common sense solutions to everyday problems
  • Skills in developing and motivating staff to achieve goals
Responsibilities
  • Lead and train front desk team members on guest service standards and procedures
  • Supervise front desk operations, including check-in and check-out processes, room assignments, and key card programming
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to guest services and front desk activities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences throughout their stay
  • Participate in staff training programs and contribute to the development of new policies and procedures
