About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Relations Assistant to join our team at Coastal Community. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and sales support to our team of financial advisors and clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial plans and reports, including meeting preparation documents and input into financial planning software.
  • Support a paperless office environment by imaging and storing documents as per processing standards.
  • Input and maintain CRM software.
  • Process security-related transactions with written authorization from the financial advisor or manager.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and perform reception duties as required.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of the Canadian Securities Course and the Conduct and Practices Handbook.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the investment industry and 1 year of experience in financial services.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and CRM software.
  • Thrives in an energetic, ambitious, results-oriented sales environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving superior results.
