Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Associate to join our team at Travelodge Parksville. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing room reservations, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and ensure all necessary information is collected and processed efficiently.
  • Room Reservations: Manage room reservations, cancellations, and changes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Guest Services: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, as well as points of interest in the surrounding area.
  • Departure Processing: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide exceptional customer service to our guests.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
