About the Role

Linen Chest, a family-owned Canadian company in the Home Fashion category, is seeking a Digital Marketing Director to lead our digital marketing strategy and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase customer engagement and drive revenue through paid marketing programs.
  • Oversee the management of special projects, including creating digital media campaigns and paid social media strategies.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to execute key Digital Marketing campaigns, including working with the UX & Brand Director.
  • Work with SEO teams on content strategy and production, and collaborate with SEM teams and agencies to develop growth strategies.
  • Enhance and develop our Social Media paid strategy, and identify growth opportunities and execute annual action plans.
  • Drive and report on the performance of all digital campaigns, including Email, Acquisition and Retention, SMS, SEM, SEO, Site Search, CDP, AB Testing, and Personalization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, managing a team of 10 or more.
  • Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, CRM, Personalization, CDP, Marketplace, and Site Search.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to develop individuals and the company.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, especially with upper management.
  • Strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Google and Bing Ad Platforms.
  • Fully bilingual in English and French.
