Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive total compensation package, including a salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive health and dental package, RRSP (Registered Retirement Savings Plan) matching, vacation pay, and time off.

Job Description

In this role, you will work as an integral member of our inter-disciplinary team, collaborating with clients, family members, and caregivers to develop holistic treatment plans. Your duties will include:

  • Conducting assessments and building accurate therapy care plans based on clients' real-life environments
  • Developing health promotion programs, prescribing equipment and supplies, and promoting client safety
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve treatment goals and service plans
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized post-secondary program
  • Current active registration and good standing as an Occupational Therapist with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel
