Speech Therapist

Job Summary:

Closing the Gap Healthcare Group is seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for providing assessments and interventions to clients in their home settings, using standardized assessment tools and evidence-based practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessments in a home setting based on presenting impairment or diagnosis.
• Design a care plan using evidence-based information and clinical expertise.
• Partner with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals regarding care goals and service plans.

Requirements:

• Graduate of a recognized Post Secondary program in Speech Language Pathology.
• Current active registration in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario.
• Valid Driver's License and the use of a reliable vehicle.
• Excellent communication and analytic skills, with strong organizational abilities.
