About the Role:


We are seeking an Inventory Control Manager to join our team at DESI BAR & GRILL. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, collecting and recording administrative and service fees, and directing and advising staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services.


Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate administrative services
  • Collect and record administrative and service fees
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services
  • Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
  • Interview, hire and provide training for staff
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services

Work Environment:


This is a permanent position with 30 hours of work per week. You will work under pressure with tight deadlines and a large workload. You must be efficient in your interpersonal skills, have excellent oral communication, and be organized. You will also be a team player.

Education and Experience:


The ideal candidate will have 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role. You must have a College/CEGEP education and be bondable.
