Job ResponsibilitiesCore Functions
- Ensure order and inventory accuracy within SAP ERP systems for breweries and Distribution Centres.
- Execute daily tasks on order and inventory accuracy, maintaining system data integrity and contributing to cost-effective decision making in Supply and Deployment planning processes.
- Maintain agreement between inventory management systems and external warehouses, reflecting inventory in-transit and on-hand throughout warehouses and the Brewery.
- Process system rebate beer regularly.
- Analyze sufficient product for external repack plan weekly.
- Expedite in-transit deliveries based on business priorities.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators: Inventory Accuracy, Customer Order Fill Rate, Inventory Transaction Accuracy, and Returnable Packaging Loss within regions.
Accountabilities
- Cascade SKU changes to front-line management and operators.
- Counsel operators on FEFO violations.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Order management experience, inventory reconciliation, data integrity maintenance, process improvement.
Skills and Competencies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools.
- Familiarity with SAP, WMS (Warehouse Management System).
Based on industry standards and regional factors, this role's estimated annual salary is approximately $65,000-$85,000 CAD, depending on qualifications and location.
