Job Description

Xtreme Security Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Operations Vice-President to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring the effective allocation of resources, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Manage events and ensure the smooth operation of organizational activities.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, judgement, organized.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Support social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees.
  • Recruit newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster.
  • Support newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition.
  • Offer on-the-job training tailored to youth.
  • Offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for youth and Indigenous workers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations.
  • Provide cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees.

Language: English. Hours of Work: 40 hours per week. Employment Type: Permanent.
