Job Title: Strategic Operations Vice President

CENTURION TRUCKING INC. is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations Vice President to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of our operations, ensuring alignment with our company goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive results
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement organizational policies and programs
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to senior leaders and teams
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a transportation or logistics company
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
