At Flight Centre, we are seeking a talented Corporate Travel Professional to join our team in Toronto, ONT. As a valued member of our corporate travel division, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and providing unparalleled travel experiences for our clients.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Travel Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for arranging domestic and international travel for busy executives, including air, car, hotel, and ground transportation. You will work closely with our dedicated corporate travel agents to ensure seamless booking and ticketing processes, while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. They will have a proven track record of success in complex ticketing and exchanges, online booking tools, and geographical and international destination knowledge. A background in Sabre and TICO/OPC certification is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Comprehend and strictly comply with Canadian travel policies for multiple corporate accounts
  • Provide unparalleled customer service, consistently exceeding the needs and expectations of business travelers
  • Keep clients informed about essential travel documents and health requirements for countries visited by travelers
  • Bid on and win new corporate travel business
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and travel arrangements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bi-Lingual in French & English strongly preferred
  • 2 years + recent experience in Corporate Travel required
  • 2 years + recent knowledge and experience using Sabre required
  • 2 years + recent experience with complex ticketing & exchanges
  • 2 years + recent experience working with OBT's (Online Booking Tools) and associated queues
