We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Jatujak Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to boost profits and maintain financial stability.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train a team of 16-20 staff members, ensuring they meet the highest standards of customer service and food quality.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Event Management: Manage events and functions, ensuring seamless execution and high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
