Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Invest Canada Group.

Job Summary:

The Office Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes coordinating seminars, conferences, and meetings, as well as preparing minutes and scheduling appointments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and meetings
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and agendas
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Flexibility and adaptability
