Join a Dynamic Team as a Program Manager III

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager III to join our team in Toronto. This is a 12-month contract opportunity with a hybrid work arrangement (2 days onsite).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze business requirements.
