Insurance Solutions Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated Insurance Solutions Consultant to join our team at Aviva Canada. As an underwriting professional licensed to sell personal insurance directly to consumers nationally, you will play a key role in providing insurance solutions to new and existing customers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer-focused with the ability to match products to customers' needs. You will be responsible for understanding customer insurance needs and providing tailored solutions, quoting and selling insurance home and auto policies, and driving strong customer retention by delivering a world-class customer experience.
As part of our Direct Channel Department, you will work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. To succeed in this role, you will require good problem-solving skills, the ability to self-manage and prioritize work, and strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications.
In addition to your technical skills and expertise, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. Your sales and customer service experience (mandatory) will enable you to excel in this role, as will any relevant certifications or designations such as CIP or FCIP.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Sales and customer service experience (mandatory)
- OTL licensed or RIBO licensed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused with the ability to match products to customers' needs
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to self-manage and prioritize work
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications
