Aviva Canada is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Insurance Risk Manager to help drive business growth in our Direct to Consumer Distribution channel.

As an Insurance Risk Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our Direct, Group and Affinity portfolios by identifying and mitigating insurance risks. Your sales-oriented and customer-focused approach will help provide insurance solutions to new and existing customers, while ensuring compliance with established policies, practices, standards and applicable laws and regulations.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance risk management and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. They will also be able to self-manage and prioritize work, as well as stay up to date on underwriting and regulatory guidelines.
