About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our Americas Ultrasonic Director Sales team at ALLY Energy. As a world leader in non-destructive testing (NDT), we offer a broad portfolio of industrial inspection solutions, including radiography and computed tomography (CT), remote visual inspection, ultrasound, and eddy current technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Region Sales Managers and channel partners to establish sales targets and operating plans
  • Lead the sales team to develop unique business plans, including key customers, product campaigns, and aftermarket solution strategies
  • Commercialize New Product Introductions (NPIs) and support product management with recommendations for future NPI investments
  • Grow installed base penetration and oversee WT Technical Sales and Product Specialists within the region
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant sales experience
  • Level III in UT & MT/PT
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead programs/projects
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
