Job Title: Delivery Director

Wealth Management Technology Solutions is responsible for the development, delivery, security, and maintenance of technology solutions for the RBC Wealth Management businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio delivery team with accountability for a portfolio of delivery work.
  • Lead, direct, and oversee execution of planning, delivery, and implementation to ensure enterprise-wide strategic goals and objectives are accomplished.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of business roadmaps, priorities, and requirements.
  • Collaborate with business owners to ensure alignment with business objectives and needs.
  • Conduct program(s)/project(s) in accordance with standard project management discipline, consistently following RBC's Program Management Framework.
  • Manage overall program financials and track value for effective decision making.
  • Lead a team of delivery professionals and foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree coupled with change management experience in complex programs with high frequency of requests and multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and time management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • A comprehensive understanding of business technology solutions and their application in wealth management.
