Grosche International Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing communication strategies, as well as evaluating and improving existing programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Evaluate and improve existing communication programs to ensure maximum impact
  • Train staff on effective communication techniques and best practices
  • Coordinate special publicity events and promotions to increase brand awareness
  • Initiate and maintain contact with media outlets to secure press coverage
  • Conduct analytical marketing studies to inform business decisions
  • Develop a portfolio of marketing materials to showcase the company's brand and messaging
  • Conduct online marketing, e-commerce, and website promotions to drive sales and engagement
  • Maintain and manage digital databases to track customer interactions and preferences
  • Write and edit press releases, newsletters, and communications materials to ensure consistency and accuracy
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing communications or a related field
  • Strong understanding of communication strategies and tactics
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
