Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at MARITIME STEAMSHIP ASSISTANTS INC.
Key Responsibilities:- Compile and prioritize orders and instructions received from customers
- Develop and implement specific plans to optimize operational logistics
- Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Track and complete work orders, coordinating activities with other work units or departments
- Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments, ensuring timely delivery
- Establish and maintain accurate records, including time sheets, payroll, and summaries
- Coordinate the flow of supplies and shipments, ensuring seamless operations
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week
