**Job Summary**
Giant Tiger is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cash/Checkout Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities, ensuring seamless execution of our retail systems, and driving sales growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including cash handling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets, manage inventory levels, and maintain a high level of customer service.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide coaching and training to store associates to improve their skills and performance.
- Participate in the development and implementation of store promotions, events, and visual merchandising plans.
**Requirements:**
- 3 years of retail experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing employee engagement.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
