Senior Campaign Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our Customer Optimization Campaign Delivery team at BMO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing direct-to-consumer campaigns that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute complex direct marketing campaigns using marketing databases and automation tools.
- Work closely with internal business partners to implement campaign data requirements and develop technical specifications.
- Produce and quality-test campaign data files, identify and remediate issues, and manage relationships with stakeholders.
- Develop a deep understanding of the campaign management tool and the content of the data warehouse.
- Conduct campaign technical audits and review data output to ensure accuracy.
- Minimum 3 years of campaign or database marketing experience.
- Working knowledge of customer relationship management, campaign design, and development.
- Solid and proven background in business process improvement.
- Experience in data analytics, developing and executing direct marketing campaigns, analyzing marketing campaigns and initiatives.
