About the RoleWe are seeking a talented individual to join our Wealth Digital, Data & Analytics team as a Senior Campaign Data Analyst. This role will support the development and execution of campaigns across various wealth businesses, leveraging data analytics and machine learning to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and execution of campaigns across various wealth businesses, leveraging data analytics and machine learning to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Design and implement campaign reporting infrastructure to drive automated and flexible reporting.
- Work with internal clients and diverse stakeholders to understand their business objectives, scope, and KPIs and translate them into actionable campaigns projects.
- Produce dashboards, reports, analysis, and insights that drive decisions and help build better campaigns and experiences.
- Manage and enhance daily/weekly/monthly campaign reporting to provide results and context to deliver actionable insights to senior management.
- Manage, prioritize, and respond to ad-hoc requests.
- Take the lead on campaign performance measurement and increasing productivity of all marketing initiatives.
- Minimum 2 years of proficient work experience in the Financial industry and Consumer Campaign Management & Execution data analysis.
- Demonstrated proficiency in working with large varied datasets, both structured and unstructured data, using SAS.
- Post-Secondary education in Business Analytics, Math, Computer Science, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or Business.
- Good verbal and written communication skills; able to effectively present analytics data to business users at the Manager / Senior Manager level.
- Experience in running campaigns through design, execution, and performance tracking.
- A strong passion for data, charts, analysis, trends, and evangelizing data usage.
- Knowledge of BMO wealth products and understanding of current market trends are assets.
- Self-starter & strong relationship building skills. Ability to thrive on a high-degree of independence and ownership.
