In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our pharmacies, including supervising staff, creating schedules, and ensuring adequate inventory levels.

About the Role
  1. Oversee the financial and operational performance of our pharmacy department, with a focus on maximizing sales and net contribution.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, both internally and externally.
  3. Ensure that all pharmacy operations are in compliance with OCP and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
  4. Counsel patients regarding new and additional medications, providing a friendly, positive, and proactive experience.
  5. Create awareness and educate customers through public relations initiatives, such as public health days and clinics.
