Detailed Job Responsibilities and Requirements

Job Summary: As a Decarbonization Co-op, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the compliance of our Energy Management System.

Main Responsibilities: Conduct data analysis of energy savings and BC Hydro submittals required to access energy bill reductions and incentives. Support employee engagement for programs such as Forward-thinking Ideas and Anti-Idling, and energy saving projects. Cooperate with team on data projects.

Qualifications: Background in Engineering (Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Mechatronics), Earth Sciences, or related fields within energy management or decarbonization. Curiosity and passion about decarbonization, renewable gas and environmental sustainability. Able to build and nurture positive relationship with external collaborators.
