Niagara's Best Inn is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising front desk staff, coordinating work assignments, and maintaining the overall efficiency of our hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Hire, train, and supervise front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Coordinate Work Assignments: Assign and review work tasks to ensure timely completion and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Maintain Hotel Operations: Oversee the maintenance of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer satisfaction.
  • Requisition Materials: Order and manage supplies and materials to maintain a well-stocked front desk and minimize downtime.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
