Job Description

Angel Pro-Clean Inc is seeking an experienced Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Office Operations: Assist with office operations, including maintaining office supplies, managing inventory, and performing data entry tasks.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including answering questions and resolving issues.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
  • Task Management: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office.
