Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at RKIC Immigration Consultancy Ltd. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our immigration consultants and ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to our immigration consultants, including opening and distributing mail, scheduling appointments, and answering telephone calls and electronic enquiries.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Customer Service: Provide customer service to clients, including answering their queries and providing ongoing support.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, and Adobe Acrobat Reader. Knowledge of Google Drive and LinkedIn is an asset.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail is essential.
