Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to join our Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our mission by spearheading innovative marketing initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategies that elevate brand visibility, promote our programs, and drive overall engagement with our college.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to captivate prospective students and elevate brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including admissions, faculty, and administration, to identify marketing needs and create compelling content for various channels.
  • Create engaging and persuasive marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, and online content, to attract prospective students and generate leads.
  • Maintain and manage the college's website, ensuring up-to-date and relevant content optimized for search engines (SEO).
  • Manage and oversee social media platforms, ensuring content is engaging, relevant, and current for potential students, sharing news and updates, and monitoring online communications.
  • Plan and coordinate participation in education fairs, industry events, and other external marketing opportunities to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, potential target markets, and areas of improvement in overall marketing strategy.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports and recommendations to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with 3rd-party graphic designers, printers, and external vendors to produce high-quality marketing materials within defined timelines and budgets.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A diploma in marketing is the minimum educational qualification required. You should have proven experience (2-3 years) in marketing, preferably within the education sector. Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and platforms, including social media, content management systems, email marketing, and SEO, is essential.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, are required. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, measure performance, and make data-driven decisions is also necessary. Strong project management skills, self-motivation, creativity, and attention to detail are highly valued.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits including dental care, on-site parking, paid time off, and RRSP match.
