About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Investigator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating customer service and store environments in shopping centres and malls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate customer service and store environments
  • Produce reports on your findings
  • Conduct undercover work to gather information
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and observation skills
Work Environment

You will be working in a fast-paced shopping centre or mall environment, interacting with customers and store staff. You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and observation skills.
