Key Responsibilities- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Engage with customers, understand their needs, and offer personalized recommendations to create a memorable shopping experience.
- Drive Sales and Revenue Growth: Utilize your product knowledge and sales skills to drive add-on sales, meet sales targets, and contribute to the store's revenue growth.
- Maintain a Clean and Organized Store Environment: Ensure the sales floor, stockroom, and visual displays are consistently maintained to inspire customers to shop.
- Collaborate with Colleagues: Work effectively with the sales team, management, and other departments to achieve store goals and objectives.
- Previous Sales or Customer Service Experience: A plus, but not required.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
