About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Engage with customers, understand their needs, and offer personalized recommendations to drive sales and satisfaction.
  • Drive Sales and Revenue Growth: Utilize your product knowledge and sales skills to meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Store Environment: Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are tidy, well-organized, and visually appealing to inspire customers to shop.
  • Support Visual Merchandising and Store Displays: Assist in creating visually appealing store displays and maintaining visual standards to drive sales and customer engagement.
Requirements
  • Previous Sales or Customer Service Experience: A plus, but not required.
  • Ability to Multitask and Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic retail environment while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Fashion Focus and Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and be able to communicate your knowledge to customers.
