* Must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization
Working Conditions:
* Flexibility to work non-traditional hours
* Routine computer, phone, scanner, photocopier usage
* Lifting, carrying, pushing, up to 30 pounds
* Climbing stairs, ladders, reaching, bending often with materials in hand
* Standing for long periods of time

The Sales Specialist is responsible for delivering best-in-class client service, achieving individual sales goals, and building lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities
* Sales Performance

\tProblem-solve in partnership with leadership team
* Boutique Operation
\tMaintain visual merchandising and housekeeping standards
\tResponsible for ordering merchandise from France, from our US warehouse, or locating from other boutiques to fulfill orders
\tAssist in inventory management functions
\tParticipate in all inventory and cycle counts
\tProtect the assets of the Boutique through understanding all complying with operating procedures
* Competencies
\tExcellent selling, clienteling, networking, prospecting, and follow-up skills
\tExcellent verbal and written communication
\tRead, count, and write to accurately complete all business and client-related documentation
\tAbility to adjust priorities and manage time in a fast-paced environment

\tAbility to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job
\tAbility to work varied hours/days
