About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Corporate Sales Representative to join our team at Mark's. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and executing territory and account plans to drive sales growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our Regional Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies and plans
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Manage sales pipelines and funnels to ensure timely and effective sales execution
- Meet or exceed quarterly and yearly sales targets, gross margins, and expense targets
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new accounts within the assigned territory to convert into profitable sales
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and growth
- Represent Mark's in a professional manner, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and exceeding customer needs
Requirements
- Post-secondary diploma with a major in business or equivalent, with an emphasis in marketing/sales management preferred
- Minimum 3 years of direct B2B sales experience
- Successful candidate must be bilingual (French and English)
- Proven track record in sales with a customer-centric sales focus
- Consultative and proactive sales approach
- Ability to work independently with strong self-management skills
- Strategic analysis and decision-making skills
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to build and deliver sales presentations
- Travel (50%) required within the region
