We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Baker to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of food items, including pastries, bread, and other baked goods.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and bake a variety of food items, including pastries, bread, and other baked goods
- Ensure high-quality products are produced and presented to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
- Previous experience in a baking or food preparation role is an asset
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for long periods
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings and evenings
