About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team at Brushup Painting Ltd. This is a leadership role that requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise a team of painters and decorators, providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Project Coordination: Co-ordinate and schedule activities, oversee apprenticeship training, and manage workflow to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Oversee maintenance and repair tasks, including setting up equipment and estimating costs and materials required for projects.
  • Personnel Management: Recruit and hire new staff, conduct performance evaluations, and recommend personnel actions as necessary.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or site management role is essential.
  • Work Environment: The ideal candidate will have experience working in construction, commercial, industrial, maintenance, and repair settings.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, reliability, and a team player mentality are all essential qualities for this role.
What We Offer
  • Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum depending on experience.
  • Working Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
