Job Title: Painting and Decorating Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Painting and Decorating Supervisor to join our team at Brushup painting ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the painting and decorating operations, ensuring high-quality work and meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate painting and decorating projects
  • Lead and train a team of painters and decorators
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and on time
  • Manage materials and equipment
  • Estimate costs and materials

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in painting and decorating
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
