Job Title: Painter and Decorator

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Painter and Decorator to join our team at Lalton Construction. As a Painter and Decorator, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and sanding surfaces to be painted, repairing cracks and holes, mixing paint to desired color and texture, and applying paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted
  • Repair cracks and holes
  • Mix paint to desired color and texture
  • Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces

Requirements:

  • Airless spray equipment experience
  • Brush painting experience
  • Roller painting experience
  • Sandblasters experience
  • Wallpaper experience
  • Weight handling: up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
  • Client focus
