Job Summary

BARBURRITO is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our kitchen team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food and service standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient kitchen workflows to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff on food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Conduct inventory management and ordering of ingredients and supplies
  • Manage kitchen budgets and cost estimates
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
  • Safe Food Handling certificate
Work Environment

Fast-paced kitchen environment with tight deadlines and a physically demanding workload. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling.

Benefits

Permanent full-time position with 30-40 hours of work per week. English language required.
