- Job Summary: PPH Restaurants Inc. is seeking a skilled and dedicated Cook to join our team. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Organize buffets and banquets to ensure timely and high-quality service.
- Work Environment: This is a permanent position working 30 to 35 hours per week in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Requirements:
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
