Job Title: Packaging Engineering Coordinator

Reporting to the Packaging Engineering Project Manager, the Packaging Engineering Coordinator plays a crucial role in developing new packaging formats that align with product launches and new equipment installation projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement new packaging formats for all production sites, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • Provide expert packaging support to the engineering project manager and other stakeholders, driving innovation and improvement.
  • Manage SAP master data related to packaging and finished product formats, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain standards across plants, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery, meeting business objectives.
  • Support internal teams with requests, resolving production problems, and conducting tests with R&D.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, databases, and packaging usage, driving cost reduction initiatives.
  • Assist the master data management team in SAP configuration of new products, ensuring seamless integration.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering Techniques, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant project management experience, with a focus on packaging and engineering.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Office suite, and Autocad, with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and a structured approach.
