The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. You will be responsible for greeting clients and visitors, answering phone calls, and handling mail and packages. Additionally, you will assist with organizing and coordinating events, preparing reports and presentations, and maintaining accurate records.
This is a fast-paced role that requires a high level of organization and attention to detail. You will work closely with our management team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and provide exceptional support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of an Administrative Assistant include, but are not limited to:
- Front desk receptionist duties (welcome visitors, answer phone, handle mail, in/outbound couriers)
- Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
- Assist with budgeting and financial tasks, including expense reports and invoices
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and visitors
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment, including the front desk and common areas
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
