Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Konica Minolta. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site maintenance and repair services for printing equipment, diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently, and conducting regular equipment inspections and preventative maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site maintenance and repair services for printing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, utilizing strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Conduct regular equipment inspections and preventative maintenance to prevent technical issues and ensure equipment longevity.
  • Install, configure, and calibrate printing machines for optimal performance, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Collaborate with clients to offer exceptional customer service and support, providing timely and effective solutions to technical issues.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in servicing and repairing printing machinery, with a strong understanding of printing technologies and systems.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
