Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Home and Away Calgary.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Oversee the performance of restaurant staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Operations: Plan and organize daily restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Regulatory Compliance: Enforce provincial and territorial liquor legislation and regulations, as well as health and safety standards.
- Staff Development: Train and develop staff to improve their skills and knowledge, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience in a restaurant management role is an asset.
- Certifications: ProServe program certification.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Public transportation is available.
