Job Summary

We are offering a competitive salary of $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience, to manage our kitchen operations, ensure efficient food production, and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and train cooks in food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation standards.
  • Create new recipes and menus to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
  • Demonstrate and teach staff new cooking techniques and equipment operation.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
  • Plan and execute menu development, ensuring consistency with our brand's quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a chef or sous chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, handle heavy loads, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a strong focus on teamwork and employee development.
  • Able to stand for extended periods, move quickly, and adapt to changing priorities.
