Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience. This is a competitive offer considering the industry standards and the location.

Job Description
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory to optimize our menu offerings and reduce waste.
  • Create innovative recipes to enhance our menu and attract new customers.
  • Supervise and lead a team of cooks and other kitchen staff to ensure seamless operation and high-quality service.
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events such as banquets, exhibitions, and corporate functions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with Japanese cuisine and sushi preparation techniques.
