Job Title: IT Site Manager/Systems Administrator

Location: Regina International Airport

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT Site Manager/Systems Administrator to join our team at Regina International Airport. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for managing a team of technicians and providing day-to-day IT support activities at the airport.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of technicians to ensure delivery of contract-compliant and customer-satisfying IT support solutions
  • Participate in IT support and maintenance activities, including incident resolution, root cause analysis, hardware and software upgrades, and preventative maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with ServiceTec's contractual commitments and customer expectations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with airport stakeholders and customers

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of IT service delivery experience with a focus on customer service
  • Experience in leading and coaching staff for success
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
