Job Title: IT Site Manager/Systems Administrator

Location: Regina International Airport

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT Site Manager/Systems Administrator to join our team at Regina International Airport. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for managing a team of technicians and ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT support services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of technicians to deliver IT support services
  • Ensure contract compliance and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in IT support and maintenance activities, including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and hardware/system upgrades
  • Support Windows and Virtual Servers, Firewall, Storage appliances, and other IT systems
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of IT service delivery experience
  • Experience in leading and coaching staff
  • Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of IT systems, including Windows and Virtual Servers, Firewall, and Storage appliances
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
