Job Title: IT Site Manager/Systems Administrator

We are seeking an experienced IT Site Manager/Systems Administrator to join our team at Regina International Airport. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for managing a team of technicians and ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT support services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of technicians to ensure the delivery of IT support services
  • Participate in IT support and maintenance activities, including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and hardware/system upgrades
  • Ensure compliance with customer contracts and deliver a contract-compliant and customer-satisfying solution
  • Provide superior customer service delivery and experience in performance management and maintenance of staff records
  • Support small to medium-sized networks and LAN/WAN equipment, as well as VOIP Systems, Access Control, and CCTV Systems
